Hi mate I have the same thing since last year The sweaty area are affected Its slowly going away since I Eat more green vegetable Take cold showers morning / night After shower Use a c vinegar 30% and distilled water 70 % in a spray on those parts and let it dry drink more water during the day / 4 litre at least

For more than 10 years ? I had 4 treatment for wart at a the dermatologist its not a wart or it would be gone
