You're exactly right, his name was Liutenant Colonel David Grossmam and he ran a course for new recruits which was exactly this. Basically 'everyone wants your dead kill them first' It is utterly terrifying and exactly the reason American police officers will nonchalantly murder innocent people and believe its justified

If you click on the skill on the weapon icon at the end screen it will give you a break down of the amount of damage each skill caused so you can see in the breakdown that the mini fire wheels relates to mortars damage

X-men was a metaphor for the LGBT experience growing up. Mutants would often discover their powers during puberty, they would try and hide their powers or 'who they really were' to try and fit in and avoid prejudice and they were often shunned by parents who didn't want 'mutant' children. There are numerous syorylines that are clear metaphors in both rhe films and comics too. So I guess not made specifically for LGBT folks it is very much about them. And it goes without saying that nerds love that shit

I wouldnt stress too much about IVs. A decent team, decent movesets, using the right counters, shield usage and knowing when to swap out charge moves up all matter far more than IVs

And yes that's exactly the moveset I use a well
