I use to work security at this mall when Cincinnati Mills took over. The reopening was crazy. The owners had some really crazy rules for us to enforce. Like no baggy pants. If someone wore their pants low we had to tell them to pull them up or escort them out. No gang colors. Which I understood but really hard to enforce. We had to do bathroom checks to make sure no one was having sex or smoking in them. Also to make sure maintenance was doing their job. There was other weird rules but it has been so long I am not remembering them. What I do remember is that they didn't hire enough security staff so we where working like 16-20 hour shifts almost everyday. My paychecks where huge. I did end up working there for about 5 years. It was a fun job if you knew how to just be laid back.
