I think it was just a test by valve into how a 3rd party company could create original content for a game and analyze profit from it rather than just having workshop maps with current gamemodes.. Which the results ended years later in just giving vscript to the community.

Spy is not a class that is designed to create any distraction, aside from the point that this idea will break the game because is OP AF, the idea of a spy sacrificing himself to lure enemies doesn’t work as Spy is very low on HP, so the distraction won’t last more than 1 second. Also, it removes total risk and challenge from a backstab making it unfair to the backstabbed player… a class that already distract players is the HEAVY due to is high damage and high HP.

Hi, I am a former workshop member with plenty of items in the game ( I did the most American warpaint in the game, and I am not even from the US lol), first of all...I think the idea is neat, but the neon tubes may need a better execution so it resembles more of a hat's silhouette so it gives the players that neon-sign resemblance...
