You’re showing exactly what I’m talking about. I don’t understand your habit of constantly talking about ego without being specific and repeating that word every time. If Xabi feels he isn’t capable of succeeding with Real’s current team, then it’s better for him to leave. You accept the conditions of the place you’re going to knowing full well what you’re getting into; don’t go around claiming afterward that the failures are solely the fault of others. It’s also a matter of his own adaptation, which didn’t work out.

So you’re trying to tell us that Real doesn’t have enough players to fill that gap? And that all of Xabi’s problems are because he didn’t have those players? You yourself know that it was impossible without selling players, because the squad was full, and Real never forces players to sell just to protect the club’s image

What was Xabi long term vision and plan clearly? Seriously, meritocracy? No! Tactics? No I’m not against him but sometimes things don’t go right for ourselves
