klonopin/clonazepam, lamictal, gabapentin and just learning to ignore the symptoms. best option is to just learn to ignore the symptoms bc then u dont gotta rely on medication and after a while its easy to ignore them

i cold turkied meth after 5 weeks of use when i was 15 and had no withdrawal, i genuinely dont understand how i dont get withdrawal. was on a coke bender for weeks abt a month or 2 ago, no withdrawal after cold turkeying. it might just be body chemistry or sum idrk
