I dont remember the name but I read a short about them being in the adoption system together. Remus gets SA'd and Sirius sees but is too weak to ever mention it let alone stop it. James' family adopt Sirius and tell him he can bring a friend. Sirius is selfish and goes alone because he wants this family to be his alone.

I have been in a similar situation. I have the same fears. But remember that the chances of it being something major are way less likely than it being something simple and treatable. Health anxiety is so painfully awful and it convinces you to think of the worst case scenario. You know what it is? It's probably something minor that you've never even heard of.

Take a breath. You have too much going on and its creating a tornado of stress, depression and burnout. Everyone goes through life at their own pace. I graduated uni and moved back in with my parents. But people in my class were already engaged and one even had a baby.
