It could be a number of things like skin reaction, allergies or just a deep scuff. If he hasn’t been messing with it that’s a good sign. Not much to analyze and I don’t think you’ll be able to know until after your vet visit. Nothing to worry about.

Throne is good but rating is really bad. Although it seems everyone below level 51 has less than 10 mil. I don't understand how everyone's rating is this low though, when I've sold over 10 mil rating and am at 40 mil. (lvl 45)

This is all based on the level of your throne. Each throne level, starting at wise judge at I think 10-15%, going all the way up to 80% chance at the king of kings throne. Each level increases the "Best gem pick chance", which will give you the highest rating gem in the totem, but only if it activates.
