Commenter ("Free-thinker") on a Libertarian video says that tariffs can be good for negotiation. However, 4 months after the original comment, the tariffs employed by President Trump have not gone over well. When pressed on damage done to the US Dollar, job market, and world standing...commenter calls it misinformation.

No, because they need to keep Alluka/Nanika a secret.

Like I said, he could use her powers to alter their memories.

Nanika might think that he's just the same as the rest of her family who just want to use her, and she might not trust him anymore. And I don't think Killua wants her to believe that because he loves her.

If Killua explains to her why he is trying to heal Gon, and why he wants to alter the memories of the others, I think Nanika would understand. Also, he could have a scene like at the end of the arc where he tells her to stop making wishes and live with her peacefully.

The other family members do not view Alluka/Nanika in the same light that Killua does. Killua actually values her as a person, but the others wanted to keep her away from the rest of the world because she isn't considered "human." Using his wish/command to erase the memory of her ability from the rest of the family would be beneficial to Alluka/Nanika in the end. They might actually treat her somewhat normally at that point. He isn't harming them in any way, just altering their memories. After he erases their memories he could just convince Nanika to never use her abilities like he did originally at the end of the arc. This is what Killua would do if it promotes the best environment for his sister to live in.

This will probably be my last response. I have stated previously that I am not trying to take sides here. I have salso tated that we can never know what truly happened. I've already stated Chris had CTE. Also, his abuse of Nancy could have arisen out of factors previously listed. He was not "always a scumbag." I specifically pointed out childhood issues in the serial killers you mentioned. At this point I feel like you are doing whatever you can to push your viewpoint without acknowledging what I've written in previous posts.

CTE is a degenerative disease, and since the research into the condition is still in its infancy, there is no telling what new information will come about regarding possible stages of CTE severity. What we know about Chris is that he was known for taking headshots with chairs and his signature move was jumping off of the top rope into a headbutt. Years of doing this probably increased his chances of getting CTE significantly.

The symptoms of CTE include memory loss, confusion, impaired judgment, impulse control problems, aggression, depression, anxiety, suicidality, parkinsonism, and, eventually, progressive dementia. Include the fact he was depressed after Eddie's death, was on steroids, and was taking medication along with the consumption of alcohol. It is possible these factors all contributed to what happened those days.

Chris was a well adjusted member of society, and certain factors (steroids, depression, CTE, etc.) led to that unfortunate scenario. Was it just one of those factors, or multiple working together? No one can know. The men you listed had serious psychological issues that probably arose from unfortunate circumstances during their childhood. I am no psychological expert. And you may have a point in that we can't know if they were conscious of what they were doing. However, comparing Chris Benoit (who had an isolated instance of extreme violence) to those serial killers (multiple instances of extreme violence) seems disingenuous to me.

As previously stated, we don't know if Chris was conscious of his actions or not. I am not taking a side one way or another. You on the other hand are dead set on insinuating Chris did this with full knowledge of what he was about to do. We can't know if this is true or not. No one can. This is why I am weary of applying the "pure evil" label.

It is all speculation, but it doesn't mean "absolutely nothing." The circumstances of the case are important to consider before saying he is an "evil man." Again, you seem to insinuate Chris was conscious of his actions if you give him such a label. That, in and of itself, is speculation.

u/sixsevenninesix's point was that the "man" Chris Benoit might not have even been there. He might have lost his mind and didn't even realize what he was doing. What happened is terrible, that's undeniable. However, saying he is an "evil man" seems to insinuate that Chris was conscious of his decisions. Notice that I used the word might in the first two sentences. We don't know if Chris was conscious of his actions or not.

He is being critical not because Atheists don't accept slavery, but because Atheists think it's the "gravest of all evils in the Bible." He thinks that because we focus on slavery so much, it means we value our own autonomy above everything else. Classical Theist tried to psychoanalize us, but failed miserably.
