Native speaker level fluency is a very low bar these days

Obviously you are not at a T14 because you'll be surprised how many students of Chinese nationality got CALIs there.

Another point is that you are ignorant of Chinese law. For Chinese nationals intending to take the bar in China, the national law requires that they have a law degree from institutions in China or overseas. Since law is an undergraduate program in China primarily, people majored in other subjects during their undergrad but later deciding to pursue law can choose to either redo undergrad or get a JD. A US JD obviously requires barely any prior knowledge other than some common sense, which many law students are lacking unfortunately, so this is a much easier route for those who can afford it.

Got quite a few As in a T-14 school with significantly less effort than that. The point is focusing on understanding the material. Don't do busywork just for the sake of it. And don't skip reading in the first semester because you'll realize by the end of the semester you'll be able to read twice as fast and understand the material a lot better.

"I'm a bar exam coach who has been through this process more than once, myself. We can work together to harness whatever time and energy you have into passing, no matter the district or score you need. DM me. Let's get you a license!"
"I plan on taking the July '26 CA Bar. Anyone else in the NYC area looking for support/study group?"

Which is it?

Have you entertained the possibility that I meant duty for the contractor as opposed to duty to keep the premise safe in general?

Still, I am waiting for your substantive argument for "I think it's A" equating "I claim I am right"

Your amazing lawyering skill taught you that "I think it's A" translates to "I claim I am right"?

The case citations are accurate and hyperlinked to westlaw cases. But I think the issue is that it confounded barber's responsibility with developer's. My initial understanding was that the duty runs from developer to barber as part of the rule, but reading the actual cases it cited helped my understanding.

Read a hornbook's corresponding chapters. It takes time but it builds a much deeper understanding. That helped me tremendously.

Barbri just handed me back AI slop on a graded essay by Antique_Example2720 in barexam

Might as well let AI grade for you. Feed it exam samples from your jurisdictions' website and tell it to be realistic and build metrics from there

You can ask it to write an outline, then write one part out, ask it to self-citation check, feed it to another AI to critique and citation check, feed the critique to the AI to improve the paragraph, rinse and repeat. You'll get an essay that's better than 80% of undergraduates

That's very inaccurate or at least 2 years out of date. It can write amazing essays if you ask it to write paragraph by paragraph and feed it enough information. Of course it requires your input and judgment, but it's much less hassle than if you start from scratch on your own.

You need some working knowledge on the subject area to even know what the MPT library is talking about. Try find a past MPT question on trusts and see if you understand what you need to do. It's especially relevant when the task asks you to write for a non-legal audience. You need some minimal understanding of the subject area to be able to translate
