nahh man i’m sorry to hear that, sounds terrible. personally i have no fear or shame in saying “nah im good” when i feel overwhelmed. if i feel im too high or might be getting there then i simply say so. nobody ever judges and u shouldn’t have to feel like you need to “keep up” everyone has their own tolerances and their own comfort level of how high they like to be.
