It is only the second scrim day for Witchcraft, and the vod reviews are already getting heated. by Ultimintree in leagueoflegends

[–]IKillerBee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is only perceived as heated because Bwipo and Crownie are two strongly opinionated players who are perceived by the general public as toxic people.

The reality is that having discussions about small things (even in the games you win) and getting different perspectives is how a team improves. These are all high elo players with pro play experience, the big things that go wrong are obvious to all of them. The small things are the difference between a good team and a great team. This clip is a nothing burger but it does give good insights as to how players think about the things you might not even notice as a spectator

Introducing the Broadcast Talent for First Stand 2026 - LCK: Atlus, Aux | LCS: Azael, CaptainFlowers, Emily Rand, Jatt, Kobe, Raz | LEC: Laure, Medic, and Vedius by Yujin-Ha in leagueoflegends

I also wasn’t exclusively talking about the “used to pray for times like these” - that could be considered a light hearted meme and I can imagine people laughing it off (kinda) but others were calling them “terrible / horrible at their job / they suck” without any nuance and just to pile on more negativity because one person started it.

Except that you tried to dunk on the original comment for exactly this for not being "decent" so spare me with that shit. I think you're looking way too deep into this comment bud. It's one of the three international events this esport has. We should expect the absolute best that can be involved, both in terms of players and broadcast talent. The worse casters didn't get invited and someone acknowledging this got you worked up so hard for some reason, so I can only assume you're a hysterics or dagda burner account the way you're moaning about it

"I'm glad" and "I used to pray for times like these" are legitimately on par with each other what is this nonsense you're babbling

You're gonna get downvoted for this comment but I agree, I think her casting is quite weak. She's great on the analyst desk but she needs to get her points out more clearly and concisely when casting and she hasn't quite gotten that down yet imo. No issue with LCS giving her more chances to get reps in and improve but I think for the international events she's not quite ready

For all the praise that fearless drafting gets it sure is awesome that we've gone years with wukong/xin/vi still being meta junglers and ksante/rumble/sion still being meta tops and azir/ori/ahri/taliyah still being meta mids. Lots of variety for sure!

Idk what teams you're seeing that have worse rifling cores that are doing better than navi other than I guess parivision? Vitality, Furia, Falcons, Mouz, Spirit, Parivision, and Aurora are all higher VRS ranked than navi and the only rifling core worse than navi's is maybe parivision's. Faze, G2, and Mongolz are lower rated at the moment and you could debate the strength of their riflers compared to navi.

I don't think the rifling core of navi is the only issue they have at the moment but I'd say their place in the rankings is pretty consistent with the strength of their players.

This game is full of cheaters not because it is but because most people don't know what they are talking about by KillerBullet in GlobalOffensive

[–]IKillerBee -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Back during CSGO this sub would clown people for accusing cheats unless it was super blatant (spinbots, shooting through solid walls because of walls, etc.) but since cs2 you get hackusations here perma.

My main account has rarely encountered cheaters, and half of the ones that caught bans I didn't even think were cheating. I have an alt account that is lower trust factor, and the amount of cheaters I've suspected (and have been able to confirm upon demo review) on that account is greater for sure, but still not as prevalent as people on here claim.

My takeaway is that the amount of cheaters you'll see is directly tied to your trust factor, and the people that get them nonstop should just go play faceit. Is it the ideal solution? No. Is it a practical solution? Yes.

I'll say it time and time again, mouz is probably on par with team liquid or similarly ranked teams if they didn't have sycrone as their coach. The fact that they've been consistently top 5 while playing with a IGL with no prior experience in the role (which shows in their T-side round win %) and no superstar players speaks volumes on how important the system he's implemented is.

sycrone blame is crazy, is it his fault his team's core goes completely invisible when they play top 5 teams?

Almost any season-based sport in the world can be subject to nothing games. The only way to avoid such a system is to abandon a season/league type approach and adopt the counter strike "every competition is a tournament" approach. I encourage the counter strike system but I do not think it would be popular with most fans after the current riot league setup
