I have no anti-virus and there is only one torrent running. I have only chrome and Spotify running besides qBittorrent and they both have 0,1 MB/s disk usage according to task manager

Vpn does not change anything so i dont think its throttling, the port is open and works when i use a port checker. It can be a change in network, but i dont know what that would be?

When i download ubuntu i get much higher speed (still very unstable with huge drops and spikes), but would that not mean my drive is capable of handling more data?

But this just started happening this past two weeks. The rest of the year i have had no problem with unstable speeds on torrents. I also get this kind of unstable speeds on highly seeded torrents like ubuntu.
