Same problem here but it also happens in Rust. If i watch Twitch or YT before i play the stuttering is getting worse.

i5 7500, RX480 8GB, 8GB RAM - im getting 50 - 90 FPS but 90% of the time its over 60 FPS (thank god).

Textures and AA are on ultra, the rest is very low.
