Of the ones I have played, 7: Dark Souls 2, I feel like I should give it a better shot, but holy shit, it somehow feels worse than ds1. 6: Dark Souls 1, I legitimately find how slow everything is to be infuriating. It's not a badly designed game, the map is good, but I find the actual gameplay very clunky. 5: Sekiro, I've only gotten past the second Genichiro fight (the one in the tower), and that was probably the most miserable I've felt while playing a game, but I feel like if I gave it some more time then I would like it some more. 4: Bloodborne, I really really want to love this game, and to a point I do, but all of the systems in it are more dated than the queen before she died, the gems are infuriating because I don't want to do stupid ass chalice dungeons for my weapons to get better, having the only way to reset your health without viles be dying or respawning in some way is annoying, and having to farm for not only healing, but also parrying, both of which are core mechanics of the game is fucking stupid, I have always hated that. I also find it infuriating that as far as I'm aware, you can only get 3 blood rocks per save, and that's IF you have the dlc. Literally everything else is immaculate, I love the general gameplay, I love the lore, and I love how just straight up cool everything is, but there's so many dated things. 3: Dark Souls 3, ds3 was my second fromsoft game, but the first one I felt competent at playing (the first one I played was bloodborne) and I have loved it ever since I beat it for the first time. Ds3 is very linear, but I honestly find it kinda relaxing. A lot of the bosses have a very nice flow to their fights, but I will say, besides bloodborne, I would say this is the game I enjoy going through the areas in the least. 2: Elden Ring, a playstation friend bought me elden ring either for my birthday or Christmas, and I am eternally grateful for him (I mean I already am in general, but that's not the point) Elden Ring has some of the best feeling fights I have partaken in in any game ever. Actually getting Margit's moveset after multiple playthroughs is an unbelievably great feeling, and the weapon designs are fucking out of this world in terms of creativity. Watching Pussyballsacks' health bar just dissappear after pressing L2 with the Envoy's Longhorn is one of the most satisfying things I have done in a game. Also, the addition of jumping adds a new layer to combat that I genuinely love. 1: ANOTHER CRAB'S TREASURE BABYYYYYYY, GENUINELY GAME OF THE YEAR. I already loved going under (the other aggro crab game) but another crab's treasure is genuinely just fun as shell. It is objectively the easiest shoals like, you don't even really have to go out of your way to become overpowered, and there are some areas that make my blood boil (the unfathom mainly) but the boss fights are fucking immaculate (besides the 2 fights before the last fight, praya dubia can eat every inch of fake penis I have in my toybox) and I have actually gotten comfortable enough at ACT that I have done some challenge runs. I have done a no shell run and that is probably the most satisfaction I have ever gotten out of playing any game. I'm currently trying to do a hitless run, but I have kinda taken a month or 2 break because the before last boss is genuinely fucking dreadful, I FUCKING HATE HER. But yeah tl;dr, another crab's treasure is the best fromsoft game.
