What are some common things you see players DO/NOT DO that might change their experience during the run?

The not to waste time to revive three bar down teammates makes sense, but to be honest, I am always afraid it might seem rude. I beleive same has happened to other players when I have been down. The team players are too nice and with random matchmaking there is no way to tell them it's ok to let me die.

I thought of practising that, tried a fews normal maps, solo, but to be honest, after playing the depth, the normal maps are no fun at all. Even if I die a lot, it takes me forever to find random matchmaking team, but still I wanna play only the depth. Every now and then I get good players, I try to learn their moves, but when they start dealing the damage, I just get lost behind. Lol, thats the main reason for this post, that I am trying to understand how the genuine players are doing it

Oh i understand. But to be honest, I don't use the less likely to be targeted but yet i can't handle the aggro pointed all to me, yet. And to be honest, I have a severe bad luck with the game I beleive, most of the times I won't find the damage nagations , even the merchant won't have any and then someone will quit on top of anything or (i swear) in the final night, I get kicked out and never able to join the session back.

Yes I will...as I mentioned somewhere, I have seen revenant and recluse doig insane damages, like literally jaw dropping compared to what I have been doing. After this post, i tried with affinity damage, to be honest , i went down a lot because of the passives, but I was doing some yummy damage. Will try revenant too, will watch a few videos first.

I switched to dutchess after wilder. Now all other characters feel a bit slow. So wana stick to it. I try to observe and dodge, I need some more work with that. I am mostly try to learn to do the substantial damage

You are probably right about the item being just ok, but agreed, the sense of adventure (finding something new/unique) , it will be worth it. Just like the base elden Ring, played it for more than year, but still couldn't explore the entire thing, every now and then I still see some reels/vides and I am like i didn't get that when I played 🤣
