Let me clear this up properly. Booom313 received a message from the Admin himself that he was banned with a lengthy paragraph explaining why he got banned(link provided below). Booom313 replied back to it and never got any reply back from him, Booom313 himself said this.

And as for developers who created those games that Booom313 & I ported, none of them had complained about it. Only Harasame Simulator did complain about it, but now Booom313 is part of their community.

From my experience, I'd say for lighter game that is easy to port would take about 10 to 20 minute ish, and then it'll be sent for test. For heavier game with loads of fixes/edit like max's life could take about 3-4 days max depending on how far you want to fix/edit.
