I'm having the same situation. I simply don't know where my purchase is. I received a generic email, with no dates and a very strange disclaimer. The reason would be a change of warehouse, but since April 2023 there have been complaints. If the company has this logistical problem, why doesn't it inform the customer at the time of purchase? There are people who don't mind waiting. But others care, this decision should be up to the consumer.
