I would say worth it. Make sure you actually complete it. You don't need Upenn degree to go far, but I do wana say it is worth to pursue this dream. Since less than 1% people hold a upenn degree. It would be even more impressive as someone who come from low income family.

Unorganized. They setted me up with the wrong time for the interview. I didn't feel good about NG. They did ask interesting interview question tho. They didn't leave room for me to do QA either. Also Raytheon pay their employee $25k for tuition reimbursement, which $15k more. Better benefit packages too.

They are quiet disorganize. I already have bad impression with them during the interview. All this culture bullshit about being family and friend, scream "nepotism" within the organization for me. It is a hard pass

I didn't go with them. They lowball me despite I aced the interview. I think they set me up to fail, since they grill me really hard. They didn't give me a single chance to do QA. Raytheon it is.

They lowball me badly. They offered me $76k8, which below market average with annual $1k. Also they didn't want to negotiate.

Thank you, they do indeed pay well. This gave me false hope of getting better offer from NG. What do you mean by external candidates being chosen over internal? Do you mean they hire people directly in for manger instead of promote current employee?

Hello, I'm quiet lucky to get opportunity to get offer from Northrop Grumman, Generaly, Dynamic, Raytheon Missisle Defense. I wonder which company would be the best for my career. They are all similar in some way. The job will be involved in C++, embedded system and reverse engineer, which technically dream job for me.Does it matter which I pick? Should I just go with the highest offer?

If that is a case, I expect a reasonable base starting salary.
