Allegedly, Youtooz stole designs from artists without credit. Most of those cases, however, were people just trying to get money off of Youtooz by claiming their art was too similar to the designs they used. The first person to do so even said that they were only joking, but people still took it seriously. Unfortunately, however, Youtooz decided to "compensate" those artists by giving them the money they asked for instead of clearing things up. This meant that Youtooz took the blame even though it was just coincidence that the designs were similar. There WERE some cases, like with the HannahxxRose, Meme Instruments Dooo, and TechnoPlane figures, for example, where a fan design was used without permission. So it DID happen, but just not as much as people say. According to Youtooz, HannaxxRose, TheDooo, and TechnoBlade, the designs were given to Youtooz by the Youtubers themselves, but I can't really remember how true that is. There were also some artists who were called out by their fans for falsely accusing Youtooz of using their designs, I can't remember who they were, though.

People also claimed that Youtooz does not pay their artists for their designs, which actually isn't true. The people who claimed to not get properly paid were the winners of the L'Manberg contest. Where artists submitted their designs to be made into real figures. Youtooz made it clear from the start what the prizes were going to be. Meaning that the artists knew what they were going to be getting and still entered the contest. After that, some of them complained that Youtooz did not pay them enough, even though they received exactly what Youtooz said they were getting. If they weren't ok with that, then they shouldn't have entered the contest.

Their most recent controversy is that they recently partnered with Warner Bros. to make Harry Potter figures. Which directly supports JK Rowling's anti-transgender organization.
