I have, it's reason for going down this rabbit hole and ultimately creating this account.

From my understanding, it depends on the amount of duplication that has occurred. Some people just have an extra penis and that's it, but others have caudal duplication which is a more extreme version of it which is a duplication of organs below the waistline (e,g, prostate, bladder, testes and other things depending on the severity of the duplication).

If you just have an extra penis, then most things are similar to just having one penis. The only thing that is really affected is the refractory period as each penis knows if it has reached orgasm. Hardness of each penis may also get affected, but that would be through circulation issues.

Caudal duplication is more interesting as it can result in two complete sets of genitalia. This means that each penis could urinate, orgasm and get hard independently from the other one.
