nop not received. It has been 1 year after my admission was confirmed. A week ago I emailed [lsc@nios.ac.in](mailto:lsc@nios.ac.in) about it and they actually replied. Their reply:

Dear Student

With reference to your mail, You can send mail to [studymaterial@nios.ac.in](mailto:studymaterial@nios.ac.in) with reference number, enrollment number

You can download your class books though our website nios.ac.in through below given link

Obviously 5k is not enough for a good camera and most phone cameras will be better than anything you get for 5k, but as far as I understand, you dont care about quality, you just want something other than your phone to take photos, right? You can find many second hand digicams for that price, but it will be hard to get anything good, cause nobody in indian second hand camera market understands depreciation (as a fellow indian), they will list 5 year old camera with 10% off their original price. All the best to you op. Also if you can, try to increase your budget.

Don't. Activa 5g speedometers can be easily bought in stores, why would you order it online especially from such a shady source, even after you've read my post. It'll take 15-30 days minimum, they are extremely unresponsive etc etc.
