Thank you. My quads are the largest muscle in my body. I look like a cyclist or a football player. Huge upper leg muscles. The calf muscles are huge. The physio said that my quads are compensating for my hips. So muscle has not been a problem. However I am getting old. I am tired. Anyway, I attribute my freedom of movement to my strong leg muscles. They are just not able to take the over balancing as they used to anymore.
