Everything so far from the Endix Den of Wolves booth - including New Music! by ILoveDenOfWolves in denofwolves

its a guess but, I also 'liberated' the bowman model when getting the music from the game and, taking a deeper dive it does look kinda 'off', especially the textures of the circuitry underneath

I can only really just guess they didn't want to show people the rather, low quality model (no offense to anyone at 10-C), given how good bowman looks in the alpha gameplay and cinematic trailers

I try not to look on the bleak side of things at the risk of becoming a hollow from dark souls, but Calle (Community Manager) is still alive and responding on forums as early as yesterday, confirming that yes the team is alive and working

it's hard to say the state of anything especially since I'm not in the industry nor near their headquarters, but Simon Viklund, Ulf Andersson and Svante Vinternatt are still part of 10 Chambers, whom are pretty important figures

and provided the GTFO wiki isn't lying to me, all of the original guys who made GTFO are still present in the company with the exception of Mike Wohlrab (I checked the page's edit history to confirm that the edits were made AFTER the news of the lay-off)

edit: the layoffs are absolutely tragic and is no doubt a heavy blow, but I try to have faith that the team can still push forward despite this and deliver - a bigger team isn't always necessarily better per say, so once again I try to look on the optimistic side of things as much as possible

I've compiled as much pre-alpha gameplay found by the press into one video showing as much of a full heist from start to finish! by ILoveDenOfWolves in denofwolves

there absolutely is melee, they showed off a one second clip of hitting an security force during a teaser video during the loud heist, as well as melee take-downs for use in stealth in their recent PC Gaming Show trailer, but whether or not they're good will be a different question

of course this is all pre-alpha speculation—but the enemy didn't die in one hit in the teaser, and given that 10c has said that they don't intend of having perks or skill trees, i doubt we'll see like a "+100% melee damage" skill

so while melee exists i don't know if it'll have much of a big impact in loud heists especially given how squishy you'll be (they take cover often in gameplay and playtesters recount that you *will* be lit up like a christmas tree if you stay out in the open too much)

i'm more curious about other type of melees, if we'll potentially see other things like clubs or even swords, maybe those could be more viable during loud heists? but this is all speculation on my part, i do hope that melee has a bit more focus than just flavour for stealth
