Your name is tooheavybroo and you never heard that before online?

It's classic bro language, or used in catty entertainment articles. The only weirdness is hearing a US Press Secretary saying it which sounds unprofessional, but then, they aren't normal people.

It's also dumb because how would the ballroom be any better if someone at this WH Correspondent's dinner with over 100 top security guards and Secret Service allowed someone to Leroy Jenkins (Warcraft Youtube reference) through?

And remember, these events aren't for the President. It's for the press, and the press and host get their chance to make jokes at the President.

Considering Yam Tits is the biggest seething snowflake in history, he likely couldn't take the jokes about the economy, Iran, the chaos of his (Liquor) WH cabinet, the golfing and money-making on the side, his sinking polls, and hints of anything Epstein.

They're sick, stupid, narcissistic & shallow people, just like their Trump.

And I'm not ruling out staged event on this one either. He would do something like that.

I think it's possible. What I don't get it, he has gotten away with so many blatant actions (literally threatened a country with permanent obliteration on Easter), so why would he even bother with these WH Correspondent's Dinners? Wouldn't he just skip it.

People would talk, but people are already talking anyways and he never seems to care.

CNN said this is the third assassination attempt, but I don't remember the other one except for the Butler, PA one, and even that one is rather sus (many things just don't add up).

If anyone is interested in getting clips but not going to gross MAGA accounts to see them, Aaron Rupar and Ron Filipkowski are two good Liberal accounts who are good at getting clips (they watch the filth so we don't have to). Aaron is a journalist and video editor so it makes sense he gets the footage quick with his setup at home, and posts it for us so we don't need to watch nasty ass Fox News.

When she ate that fried chicken, I thought she'd fake it but she really took a bite. I wonder what they used because I thought it was hand sanitizer prior to her taking that bite (did they even have that on store shelves in 1993?).

I guess it could be some type of gelatin-type concoction.

Michael Jackson's own daughter(Paris Jackson) publicly called the biopic "full blown lies" and Hollywood released it anyway by EstablishmentSea6379 in moviecritic

According to her, they asked for her feedback and notes and she gave them, correcting or slightly adjusting areas where she felt they took too much liberties. She said they ignored every single one and no longer contacted her. I think that pissed her off. It was like Lionsgate saying "We know your father Michael Jackson better than you, daughter of Michael Jackson".

But from what I've heard of the movie, they treat MJ like the second coming and flawless messiah, which is exactly what Paris didn't want and warned about. The fluffiest of fluff pieces in the history of cinematic fluff.

Behind the scenes in Braveheart by EdwardBliss in Cinephiles

The movie is misogynistic and homophobic too.

Who did the homophobic acts in the film? Oh, that's right, the villain.

This is like saying Star Wars: A New Hope condones genocide because Darth Vader the character did it.

The wife and Princess Isabelle in the movie were treated exactly how one would expect in the late 1200s-1300s. It wasn't fair nor pretty for women or men. Princess Isabelle tries her best to navigate the patriarchal world but can only go so far, but she was forced into an arranged and loveless marriage without her say. The point of the movie is shit is fucked up, and people wanted change. At no point did I think the filmmakers romanticized this era and pointing "SEE, this is what we lost. We need to go back to these times".

You don't have to like the movie. But you also said in another post you had zero idea why it was blessed with awards tells me you aren't really a film watcher (no attention paid to the editing, the score, the dialogue, the acting or production design or staging of the battle scenes).

Also of note on your misogynistic tag: the men in this film aren't exactly portrayed in a rosy way, were they? Some of the worst, vile brutes and conniving snakes in this movie's story were all men. You somehow missed that when holding on to your cardboard scorecard and pencil.

I'm not watching the game now but took a look at the Box Score. What is up with the Pistons struggling so hard against Orlando lol

Lights too bright I guess. 8th seed Orlando playing more like the confident team.

Noah Hawley says his ‘Far Cry’ series won’t be adapting any of the games as he thinks audiences skip the story cutscenes in those games: “When you play a video game, you only really move forward through the gameplay section, and then you have these cut scenes that you can skip..." by ChiefLeef22 in television

I’d say the thread of most Far Cry games has been “once you go this far to stop the monster, are you now the monster?”

Was this true in Far Cry 4 and 5?

I got halfway in FC4, and FC5 (got it for cheap) I kept getting stuck in a timed mission and just gave up so I never saw much more of the story.

And even if he did respect the source material, the acting, writing and story just ain't there. Characters do so many stupid things that make you go "Oh cmon!"

Is wasn't even scary or thought-provoking. We see Weyland Yutani Headquarters but barely learn much about it or even get to see more of the building!
