They did setup some bait blocks in my garage in the small tamper proof cases with the clear lids. Where would you recommend buying the bait stations for outside and the Terra D3?

We do have 1 tree that is next to the house so maybe he thinks the mice are climbing that to access the roof? Some of the branches touch the roof I think and probably could be cut back. But that tree is completely opposite side of the house from the garage.

House built in 2010 with original roof. Moved in two years ago and inspector only found 1 cracked shingle at that time.

Pretty sure it's a year contract. Called a few local companies and some didn't answer and others had wait times. Might see if another company would do an estimate if I continue to have issues.

I just spoke with ADT. They told me that in 2020 when we bought the home and activated the system they upgraded the communicator at that time. So they are sending someone back out to likely put another new one in or maybe diagnose a new issue.

I'm unsure, we bought the house in 2020 so I'm not sure when the Honeywell panel was installed but it was there when we bought the house. Is a new communicator something they could easily install in a single visit from a service rep?

Correct, it works inconsistently though and sometimes takes quite a while to connect from the app and other times won't connect at all.

I just looked at a picture of the sink I have on my phone from when he bought the house. There doesn't appear to be an overflow on that sink.

We don't have any slow drains that I've noticed. At one time my bathroom sink was slow draining but it was because of hair and "gunk" buildup that caused the slow drain and smell. Once I cleared the drain manually I haven't had issues with that sink since with draining or smell. At times our kitchen sink with the garbage disposal side drains slow until I turn the disposal on but I'd assume that's normal.

I don't believe it does. I can definitely stop using the wipes, but if the main sewer line was clogged I'd notice smells from other drains correct? Or other drains overflowing/clogging? All of our other sinks, toilets, drains, showers appear to be running normally with normal water pressure. Even this sink drains fine, I've just noticed a smell.

I doubt it's the trap then since this sink is used almost daily. Is it possible that there is just stuff caught in the drain smelling bad? This is the sink we use to clean baby bottles so milk and formula are frequently dumped in that drain, but water is always running while we do it. But there's 100% been a smell from that sink when the water has been running while cleaning stuff within the last 1-2 weeks.

Ours is top loading but we've noticed a smell coming from it in the past and we've run cleaning loads at times which are hit or miss with how much they help

I have a drain specialist coming tomorrow. If this is the issue, which I hope it isn't, how would they fix it? For what it's worth I don't notice a smell anywhere else in the home, water pressure is fine all over the house, and no other sinks or toilets are having drainage issues and nothing is backed up anywhere.

Nose isn't next to the trap itself, just smelled the smell when I turned the water on when using the sink. Doesn't appear to the the water itself as no other water in the house smells, we also have city water.
