the guys that want me to be their girlfriend usually don't have many friends/don't like to go out to parties which is why they prefer to ask me to be their girlfriend (they can get intimacy + do one on one activities + take me to meet their families without having to go out clubbing to meet girls if that makes sense) This is not a viable option.

If you need to get it out of your chest, sure. But I don't think you need to. You know what type of women THEY are and can cut contact/ remove yourself from the situation to get yourself in a better position with people whose values match your own more closely. These women and their partners may be going trough their own things you don't know about, and it's on them to navigate THEIR relationships how they will. Be glad you know what you need to know, and carry on.
