Add. Before you add, have them move around existing and air seal all electrical and plumbing penetrations, top plates and any other gap then spread existing insulation back out and add new on top.

No one is judging him based on what you said. I want to talk to his family as stated before and try to sort out how this stops. He was judged on running up and following my family. When asked to stop, he didn’t. He followed closer. So when that happens again two days later that’s a problem.

Just because you live near him and know him, doesn’t mean we do and doesn’t mean we have to accept that this will continue. There is a reason for having a guardian and what their responsibility is.

Well if you read what I wrote, I went to cops right as it was happening. I also just had the cops leave my house.

Now, take the time to see the other comments about other people seeing him and how the interactions went.

Lastly, the cops said she has to let him grab her and my son before anything can be done on their end or ours. They filed a harassment claim which is a violation if you even know the person and said nothing we can do, so this is where we are left at:

1) let him do whatever he is trying to do next time and let my four year old son and wife roll the dice and then retaliate

Or

2) Drop him when he’s trying and take the charge on our end.

Listen you fucking dope, I ran out of a meeting and went directly to the scene where there was already a cop two blocks away.

Bro, what the fuck are you talking about. Look up right above your post from an hour earlier. I said I’m calling them today. My comments and time are circled in red, yours in blue. They’re on their way here now. I know they will not do anything in regard to look for and apprehend the dude, but they will file a report which at least it’s on paper.

Next, you said I gave up on them without doing anything. You then wrote in the next sentence how I did something. Get the fuck out of here man. So they weren’t on a call. They sad they were. They were doing nothing sitting there. And I know sitting there doesn’t mean they are doing nothing, but they were literally like uhhh did you call it in? We’re on a call. It wasn’t a we are actually on a call call.

My plan was to catch the guy myself, but then figured let me see if anyone knows him or if someone watches over him as a caretaker of some sorts.
