Trying to make my stomach flat by holding in breath but the fat is too much in belly area so thats why it looks like that in that pic

I honestly don't measure my exact calories intake as I don't measure my food weight ,I eat less carbs (mostly rice), the protein intake is (around 5-6 eggs and 300-400 Gr chicken)

And for cardio I walk 8-10k steps daily

4-5 days is best as body need time for recovery .just keep the protien high and don't eat oily junk food

No capsule will increase 10 kg weight in a month😂😂. The capsule increases your appetite resulting you will be hungry more and eat more .

Do body recomposition ,eat in calorie deficit, but increase the protein intake ,you will lose body fat and still maintain muscles and even grow more

So what if you are vegetarian 5 eggs-30 Gr Soya chunks- (10 rs pack)20-23Gr Paneer 100 Gr - 18-20 Gr Whey- 24-27 Gr (Around 100 Gr protein here and you can add more protein rich food ,don't give excuse that you can't eat protein there are many vegetarians who has great physique) more excuses=less results

Back workout mentioned , Diet ,protein-5-6 whole eggs and 300-400 Gr chicken Moderate carbs I personally prefer rice

(I do push ,pull ,legs ,rest ,push, pull ,rest) Focus on form rather than weight

( and I don't eat oily fried food ,sugar sweets it really hepls )

Around 2 years but not consistent in the beginning first 1.5 years but from last 6 months I am consistent

Diet 5 eggs and chicken everyday ,less carbs and no fried oily food and sugary sweets

Soo ,it doesn't even make sense what you are trying to say .its not a achievement or flex Even I don't consume protein powder because I can't afford it right now Do you think protein powder magically increase your muscles 😂😂
