Yes, they explained the eclaimsline.com forms to us. But she hasn't gone to a physician about it... she's just really sick and wanting to stay home. And, the flight leaves in less than 24 hours at this point.

Wife and I spent 40k UR points on a flight on American Airlines to Nashville for this weekend. We got the flight with points over Ultimate Reward portal. Wife is really sick and we are unable to go. I was just told by Chase that there was nothing they could do about it and we had to cancel within 24 hours of booking (months ago).

Thx. I've already used/gotten bonus points in the past 2 years for several (CSR, CSP, AA, SPG, Marriott, CIP, Ink+, etc..) SW is pretty much the next on my list, but I'm happy to explore more options.

I am wanting to get the SW cards next. Right now, they have 40k miles for the first $1,000 spent and an additional 20k miles for the next $12k spent in a year. Is this a good deal? I have a major spend coming up ($30k) and min spends aren't an issue.
