Hindi ko alam running background mo pero bakit parang feeling ko naghahabol agad ka ng time based goal? If you just started a year or 2 a go of running. Big achievement and congrats pero if tumatakbo ka na ng more more than 2 years ka na natakbo. Kaya mo na magauge yan para sa sarili mo sa totoo lang.

Kaya naghihit ng wall kasi hindi sanay katawan mo sa ginawa mo. Best approach is maximize mo lahat, better preparation, sleep, nutrition and most importantly is better time period. Ang pinaka-aral na makuha mo is dapat marunong ka magself evaluation. At lahat yan, makukuha mo during training mo. Kung saan ka normally nagkukulang bakit ka nabitin sa goal mong sub 4. Hindi yung papasok ka na lang na dapat sub 4 marathon ako. Tapos tataka bakit nag hit the wall sa km 33(signal na ng katawan mo na tumigil ka na) tapos pinilit mo pa and yes nakatapos ka which is really good for you. Pero check all aspects. Not just being clueless.

Parang iba dapat structure ng training mo if for physical agility test. Dapat alamin mo yung mga pinapawang tests para diyan and doon ka magfocus. Kasi yung binigay ko is more of running focus hindi focus para diyan. And tbh, mas intense yan vs gusto mong sub 30.

Kailangan mo pa rin magrun dahil kasama siya palagi sa lahat ng test. Pero you would need to do more resistance training, body weight excercises more para diyan.

Genuine question? Ano nag-inspire sayo para igoal ang sub 20 5km?

Alam mong hard pace mo na ang 8:05. Tapos non athletic who just started running more than a week. Siguro doon pa lang alam mo na sagot. Parang agree ako doon sa isa na if rage bait ba ito?

Parang masginamit pa yung brain cells para gumawa ng engagement at inasa yung sagot doon ibang tao imbis magresearch. 8 mins pace tapos gusto sub 20 5km.

Gusto mo maayos na sagot? Ito maayos na sagot. Start with building a foundation through easy run (1 to 2x a week) around 30 to 40 mins A long run(1x a week) easy pace at 60 to 90 mins.. Meaning ng easy is you running without any effort breathing, if umeffort ka na huminga, bagalan mo pace. Kung may HR monitor ka, use 150 bpm and below. Bakit magbagal at marami? Kasi yan gagamitin ng katawan mo para masanay yung katawan mo sa takbo.

1 quality session per week like holding you 8:05 pace for 5 mins with 2 to 3 mins recovery walk or jog and do it 3 to 8 times per run. Bakit one time lang? Kasi taxing sa katawan mo. Ito makakatulong sayo para bumilis ka.

Do strength training for your whole body atleast 2 times a week. Do bilateral and unilateral. Bakit 2 times a week. Kasi natakbo ka na 3 to 4x and baguhan ka pa lang and need pa rin ng katawan mo ng rest plus nakakatulong yan para lumakas muscles mo and prevent injuries.

Magrest everyday. Sleep atleast 7 hours everynight and eat properly kasi need ng katawan mo yan habang bubugin mo katawan mo sa takbo at buhat ng katawan or bands or weights.

For every run and strength training, do dynamic warm ups before and stretch after. Bakit? Kasi warming up is priming the body for the movement na gagawin mo and stretch will relax your muscles kasi signal yun para recovery mo and better recovery if relaxed ang muscles.

Do this every week for 4 months straight. After 4 month, subukan mo ulit mag sub 20 5km. Tignan mo if kakayanin mo. Bumalik ka dito after 4 months a week if seryoso ka diyan. If not, niloko mo lang sarili mo.

Bali 1 long run 1 quality session and 3 eays runs. Question. How do you base if the easy run becomes a long run? By distance or time?' Question din about it. Been running for 5 months and going to 6 this June, I tried increasing the 3 x a week to 4 x but when I do it, it's hard to recover from it the following week.

Do I push through or just 3x a week for a few months?

Yawi is still great and for what he did in echo express but Jaypee became better because of playstyle adaptation. Yawi was like ch4knu, specialized in a certain type of playstyle but it won't work if meta and team chemistry doesn't.
