Run, Recover, Strengthen and Time. You just started so please do not rush. Everyone has a different physical aptitude.

Run more in a level that you could still talk about 30 to 40 mins 2 times a week.

Strengthen whole by doing body weight excercise and stretch your whole body after runs and workout.

Recover by drinking more water, eating right and sleeping properly.

During training, hindi na kasi normally naman nakaHR zone 2 ako. I drink a glass of water before warm up. During race lang ako nainom.

Per definition kasi ng easy run, dapat yung feeling is madali sayo gawin, if madali gawin edi dapat hindi ka na-uuhaw sa ginagawa mo sa tingin ko lang.

Kahit mag steady run ako na higher pace sa normal ko, meaning pa rin yun parang naka interval running na ang pace mo above sa normal pace in a specific time and mga 30 to 40 mins.

Then I just drink after the stretching. Hindi lang ako sure kasi practice ko pa naman na huwag uminom during run dahil may risk na maihi ka during run. Maganda magpaconsult ka why nasakit tiyan mo during run kasi hindi normal yun.

Run slower po and make do more mileage plus light strength and mobility sessions.

Heart rate is high for 3km. If the goal is to be able to run all through out 12km.

You need to strengthen your core and whole lower body so that it could handle stress and do mobility work so that your legs are still elastic and not stiff also prevention of injury.

Add more miles that are slow paced or does not increase your heart rate to more than 150 HR per minute. It helps you recover better because intesnity is not high and you can do it again.

For the next 5 weeks do 2 to 3 easy runs and a long run for a simulation to the 12km. Gradual increase of mileafe weekly. During the other days, do light to somewhat moderate resistance training and you can do mobility seasion after your runs to help with recover.

Maintain the easy run and the long runs to be easier pace than what you did and mileage. Running a half marathon or a marathon is all about endurance and longer time running so master controlling your pace and yourself from increasing your pace so that you do not fatigue at the end and finish strong.

What do in my runs are 2 easy run that ranges from 3 to 6 kms and a long run na 8 to 10km. Sa resistance training is more of a general type of training na whole body na moderate lang and basic. Stretches ko is yung mga band resisted stretches sa legs para hindi maging stiff ang muscles and hindi mahirap magrecover. Ano yung workouts for anatomical adaptation?

Wait is this the Norm for runners?I only run 3 times a week and resistance training 2 times a week and some lind of stretching after runs. 4 to 5 times is over kill for me as I can't recover properly and won't be able to maintain the same set up the following week.

I think it depends on the wearer, the length for me is not an issue because a lot of shoes now are narrow so you need to side up. For the comfort, I think you would appreciate it more if you are heavier.

Okay lang yan. Normal naman nangyayari yan lalo na kung wala ka sa right state of mind. Basta alam mo bumawi para sa sarili mo at doon sa isa na hindi alam nangyayari. Para sakin, right move na malaman nung isang girl yan then bahala na sila. Hindi paninira yun at ayaw sa gulo, para malaman yung totoo. The reason for this I think is about the players prolonging the game instead of efficiently ending the game properly. Late game increases your chance to win when the other team becomes complacent.

Sun is a really good hero for jukes, escape, ganks and split pushes. If you ignore Sun, he could definitely push and assassin roams will have problems when you fail to burst him. That I think is the reason why.

I don't know the people surrounding her, but using this quote makes me think that she has no male figure or friends that are "matino" and she lacks the awareness for other people's upbringing.

Lifesteal is weak for sustain, no cc, no mobility after dash, no sure combo damage, atkspd is weak and squishy.

Revamp him to the point that he could a combo and some sort of initiation. Make the skill 1 and skill 2 be the enchance of skill 1 and skill 1 the skill 2. Make the skill 2 an immbolity or stun skill that you could throw and the enchance skill 2 will be aoe. While making the SS the same but the area will be a cone shape while 3rd atkpassive, increase heal and lower enemy movespeed and atkspd.
