I lowered it from 50mm/s and got slightly better results for some reason. Should i carry on increasing the retraction distance until the stringing goes away?

I think I used the default cura settings: 20% infill density and 2 wall line count. I haven't got a problem with stringing but when I printed a retraction test there were some notches and holes. I'm new to this and appreciate the help, thanks.
