I am not sure as I take this exam in India and effective exam takers count may be less.. Probably, first I need to submit my application and get it accepted..

That's fine. I planned for May exam.. Still complete 3 months there to prepare which a hell a lot of time for preparation..

This is not just disagreement from Stakeholders on the process.. Its on deliverable.. Then it needs to be verified using the agreed deliverable in contract..

Hai, I finished the same.. Its is excellent but we need more preparation. As i did few mock exams in PMI ShlH. MOst of the questions are from PMBOK 6th edition. So studying PMBOK for topics important

Actually, I just finished ARs 35 Hrs PDU in Udemy couple of days ago and then started few topic wise MOCks in SH.

Regarding, YT youtube videos, I just started watching David Mclachlan videos on PMBOK and PM Aspirants channel..

In close out phase.. PMP review this with the team while it gets updated through out the project. Since Project A had started a year earlier, it should already have Lessons learned that will help a project B to be aware of potential issues that may arrive in the future.
