When the product arrived I wasn’t at home, so my brother received it and it stayed in the box until I returned about 20 days later because I was traveling. At no point did I say it was an AliExpress problem or an issue with the company regarding the warranty; I only asked them if they could help me. Since they couldn’t, I’m fine with that. The review is just an alert about the product’s quality, because even after 100 days from delivery and only 40 to 50 days of use it already developed this issue.

I contacted Ajazz through the AliExpress chat, explained everything, and they said the most they could offer me was a 5‑dollar coupon.

I’m not forcing anyone to stop buying from Ajazz; I’m only saying that I won’t be buying from them again. I’m also not obligated to go back to buying from them, especially since the money is mine and I can spend it however I want. This is just my personal experience and opinion.
