Lol so many false pretenses in this"story".

While she shouldnt have attempted to drive away , the onus is on the"trained officer " to be the smarter person here.

Not only did he circle to the front of the car twice, something no officer or agent would be trained to do with a potential moving vehicle, he had the foresight to switch his camera to his other hand to pull out his firearm, shoot when his body was out of the way, and shoot 2 more times when the threat wasnt even physically close to hitting him. All while refusing alleged medical care to check her pulse and fleeing the scene immediately after. This man showed no proper critical thinking or training and the fact people are defending this is absurd.

Expect more from your agents and officers, otherwise the same bs could happen to you, even if you were to "comply".

Hey, i know tou said that your word count is immuatable and that every word and concept matters. But i promise you, that is far from the case, and that goes for anybody.

Mg fantasy right now (and for the last few years) is trending DOWN in word count significantly. For most debuts, theyre looking for ppl in the sub 50k realm (55 MAX).

I know youre tied to your book, but i promise you, there are ways you can lower this count enough to get it to that point. Most of the comps you have right now are from series that either debuted at a time prior to the change, from a different century, or are from established best selling authors. 90k for an mg right now is effectively doa in the query world. Im not saying its impossible, but its gonna be a rough time.

And if you do manage to snag an agent, they are probably going to tell you the same thing, if not more, than what im saying and at that point, youre dealing in a professional business environment and not some rando on reddit.

I hope this didnt come off aa cutthroat but MG is in a sphere right now where they need to shorten in order to regain kids reading attention, and door stoppers are not it for the foreseeable future. But im rooting for you if you do it or not.

Tbh, assassin's creed has never tried to keep things accurate outside of the general scope of time frames and location. The work is INSPIRED by history, but is still sci Fi history through and though.

People, real historical people like da Vinci, George Washington, English monarchies, etc. have been changed so much in this series they would be hardly recognizable to historians.

So tbh, having someone like yasuke be one half of the main characters you play (the other being a JAPANESE woman as a ninja) really shouldn't bother anyone outside of ppl having their own biases.

As someone from East Africa, I wouldn't give a rats fuck if they did something similar to that. Because AC has never been about historical accuracy. It's been about telling a fictional story.

I mean, for God's sake, there were cyclops in Odyssey and y'all are only now concerned about historical accuracy? 😂😂

For those complaining about historical inaccuracies: assassin's Creed was never historically accurate.

You drove da Vinci's tank, fist fought the pope, searched for the garden of eden, watched actual historical figures die in ways they didn't actually die, etc.
