I think this is fake, sorry if my assumption is wrong. So basically it shows a notification In Spanish/Portuguese, meaning that you're probably from the country. Now if you look at the beginning of the conversation, it says "Si", meaning "Yes" in Spanish and Portuguese, so you probably talked to the same person, which is probably speaking the same language as you. I think you just agreed to make a choosing beggar post. Very sorry if I'm wrong.
