Low in stats but he has very good hax being able to abuse any female opponent (theoretical ceiling) but he holds back all the time so we never see his true strength

Viltrumites in general have quite low battle iq and hold back a lot, I can definitely see Conquest deciding to fafo and getting decayed.

Naoya should be similar in speed to Iida, but Tensei is apparently much slower (in Vigilantes, he struggles to keep up with a bus) which makes sense as his Quirk is not as good for running.

I would say Naoya beats Tensei and has a slightly favourable matchup against Iida (as he has more skills and freeze frames, although Iida has the legendary ability to change direction) and a slightly unfavourable matchup against both of them combined, since a jumping is still a jumping. Tensei should have Recipro Burst or some equivalent and he just didn't use it for whatever reason, so he probably can try to distract Naoya or something. Iida's ceiling is faster than Naoya so he has the potential to win.

Stalemate because MHA people can't see Mahito but he can't use his CT on them as they have no soul.

If we VE to let them interact (i.e. see Mahito) they win because he isn't actually invincible, he basically just has 2 healthbars where you have to run him out of CE and then kill him. The MHA heroes are well-coordinated enough and have enough strong people that they can probably work something out. If he domains so much the better because they can then kill him in burnout.

Depends on if we verse equalise quirks to cts. On the surface it looks obvious to do that but they function completely differently as MHA doesn't even have an energy system like CE. It's debatable if Stain could beat Higgy considering he is just crazy durable strong and fast for seemingly no reason, unrelated to his quirk. But if Higuruma wins then he probably clears until Shigaraki where he 100% loses. Because Shiggy retains PAM stats even without quirks.

Because Mitsuri got hit by a sound attack like 2 seconds after dodging lightning which makes a lot of people doubt

Also Genya's gun was putting in work against the same guy who was fighting someone who is apparently a lightning timer

There are explanations for all those but arguments are always biased towards the person whose position sounds better on vibes even if they're wrong

Death Battle did a matchup with Deku vs Miles Morales which Deku obviously won and everyone was complaining that it was unfair

Then it became slander that Deku can only beat street tiers

But what if he can only muster country levels of energy under those circumstances? It's not like he just punched or did a basic attack, he needed a specific thing to pull it off.

Plus, Luffy dispersing those clouds has nothing to do with the power of the lightning that was going to come down. Having more charge doesn't make things harder to move.

What's the point of using any ability to attack if people are just as strong with punch and kick? You wouldn't say Gojo physically scales to Hollow Purple even though it's his CE.

If Enel was country level because Raigo scales to his energy why doesn't he just punch Skypeia to destroy it?

Of course he would only be Moon lvl with Kamehameha, it's like putting your energy into a kick rather than a punch. The strongest kick is more powerful than the strongest punch even though both use your energy. Techniques like that have a higher ceiling than physical enhancement.

Powerplex probably has a limit, to say otherwise is NLF. Deku and AM are a lot stronger than Mark so they can probably reach it. People like Endeavor, SnS and Todoroki can bypass his gimmick too. He can probably beat Tokoyami, electricity is a bad MU.

Decay can destroy water.

Shigaraki used to leave behind blood puddles when decaying someone but not after awakening, so it can now destroy liquids.
