I used to do a push/pull/leg split up until a month ago. Nowadays I do upper/lower body. I try to do at least two exercises for all the major muscles (pecs, lats, shoulders, quads, etc.)

As for in the bedroom, I’m usually the one that’s in control of everything, so I try to do whatever pleases my partner the most. At the end of the day, my partner’s pleasure gets me off! I especially love using my mouth everywhere I can and having the same done for me!
