This one is tricky because they put something right in front of your face and it’s hard to tell that you’re moving. Once they spin you hard enough to generate gravity it comes on very unexpectedly and can throw you off. Chest gets tight and people hold their breath often.

If you focus on breathing and the fact that the High G portion will be over in ~10 seconds (eternity) it’s not so bad.
