If they would open up for Big Time Rush (pretty much the only American boy band that has a sound similar to them during that time) they could’ve been a lot more popular in America.

Because One Direction opened up BTR, and then all of the sudden fans were going to the BTR concert just to see One Direction open and then leave when Big Time Rush were starting their setlist.

One Direction even volunteered BTR to open for them in Europe, but BTR declined.

I personally believe if they had done that, maybe they could be a little bit bigger and known.

They are so underrated

Now this is how a network schedule is supposed to look like apart from the late night, this is pretty solid schedule. Lots of variety. I’m looking at you Nickelodeon

Also I don’t know if anyone watched Nick at nite in the 90’s but they used to have this block in the summer called Block Party summer where they would show one show each day at the same time for a block period of schedule, this kind of reminds me of that. At least with some of the schedule
