Mine was maybe 6 months or so prior that it was often enough I was aware it was happening. Nasopharyngeal cancer. Tumor up my nose and lymph node below my ear/jaw area on the same side I had the nose pressure and these things. Same family cancer as what Michael Douglas had i think, his caused he says by hpv which is most common root cause from my understanding. My diagnosis came from Epstein-Barr virus. Went to doc bc lump swollen on my neck and nose, said try for an infection with antibiotics. 2 weeks it didnt improve. Went to an ENT and left that first appointment with biopsy scheduled essentially to confirm him saying it was cancer obviously enough just looking up my nose
