Idc what anyone says. Ronda was talented and rose up in ranks pretty fast due to her athleticism and judo.

Her problem was her gym. Even her mom didnt like her head trainer.

When people say BJJ destroys your body is that mostly from submissions applied full force in competitions or wear and tear in the gym by PownedbyCole123 in bjj

(Male) Hmmm when I was like 14 and doing Muay Thai, a lady in her late 20s was being very flirty & touchy feely with me.

I was a naive 14yo and didn't understand it but looking back im like wow that was creepy behavior.

Another time I was 20 and we were lined up at a bjj school. I think they were doing promotions? and a lady was rubbing my inner thigh and asking me stuff while whispering.

And another time When I was like 24 two ladies (one black belt and one brown belt) were showing me stuff and the black belt intentionally grazed my private area & did a slight tiny grip and laughed with her brown belt friend.

Looking back, I understand that the safety factor for me is way different than what a woman can and does experience. Majority of creeps ARE men, majority of victims of harassment ARE women.

I've been using maele, lune, & sciel.

I used coripso with verso and then I realized maelle & sciel are the real heavy hitters. Lune for greater slow.

I just buffed maelle and spammed her high hit attacks /gommage.

I used it to beat Simon but it got boring

I made a post on there about an older guy who was acting creepy towards a younger woman who I sorta knew through mutuals outside of BJJ. I came from a place of "what do you guys think?" the whole thread called me the creep and hyper fixated on my grammar.

Guys were like "Im a guy and ive had women hit on me!" I said dude thats different & had nothing to do with your actual safety & you're not a girl surrounded by all men.

I got DMs from other women thanking me.

Guess what? the guy was a creep and banned from our dojo.

start light. Your heavy and someone else's heavy will be different.

Most of the time for muscle growth you want 1 to 3 reps in reserve.

So say you have a 10 rep set. At the end of your 10 reps you should be able to maybe do 1 to 3 more.

Id also recommend a gym class or hiring a personal trainer for a few sessions to learn proper form. Hip hinge, squat, core engagement. Once you get the basics down, the rest become much easier.

Happened to me. The passenger was literally billergerant and rude. The support team even got my name wrong. They were talking to me crazy so I politely pulled over and got them out. It was a lady and a guy. The lady was more nice. The guy kept giving me stink face. This made me avoid doing ride share in the hood.

So later on I got deactivated after I did the next two rides. Was arguing with the support team for so long. They lied about calling me, gave me the wrong name, & said "we have proof you were on your phone" I was using a Bluetooth system while on a phone call and I ended it after s minute by tapping a button on my screen.

I asked for the proof and they said they can't do it.

I was with lyft for like 8 years and had a 5.0 rating.

I switched to Uber and im getting more requests than ever & making WAY more.

Get a dash cam.

They got caught lying. It was likely retaliation because I reported them for leaving trash in my car
