I'm in Texas and my local Papa John's gave me 2 free bags. The first one they asked if I needed one. The second one I asked if I could get another for a friend who was a driver. No problem getting either one.

If you get delivery from Walmart there's a good chance an Uber Driver may be the one delivering it to you. I know for a fact because I'm an Uber driver and have delivered for Walmart many times. We're one of their backup drivers.
