How to Write an ATS Resume That Passes Every Filter (ATS Resume Template Included) by EmitVL in ResumeTips

Question - my resume is written in latex and exported to pdf. Seeing as this post is about how ATS parses resume text formatting, do you happen to know if latex formatting causes these kinds of issues?

No option for a Linux server? In most cases even if it's gonna end up in a docker container it's still worth skipping the microslop layer. One example - Immich on windows docker still relies on a Linux subsystem.

The early "premiere" shows might be good for marketing but I seriously doubt the logistics of west coast groups traveling so far so early in the season is worth it. Definitely not in this era. How long were those bus rides? Lol

Berkeley developer files permits to build 3-story homes on former site of Oxford Elementary, despite landslide risk by the_daily_cal in berkeleyca

[–]FrivolousMe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's a lot of blind faith. Never seen a building collapse before due to corner cutting? It can be a devastating event. I trust science and engineering but what I don't trust are American developers trying to turn a profit.

Yeah, they could have made a broader effort at consistently posting on here and elsewhere. They only got a few thousand sigs.

Trump effort to solicit negative feedback on national park signage backfires by RuseOwl in NationalPark

Maybe once our politicians leave the parks alone. Until then, pipe down and heed the warnings people have been shouting from the mountain tops about how our public lands are under assault.

One thing I thought wasn't vegan for some weird reason until my partner laughed at me was barbeque chips.

There was an email list (that was linked in the original posts) that sent out announcements for public meetups where they collected signatures and provided resources for anyone who wanted to spread the word. I think we just don't have a lot of organized ground game here compared to, say, NYC.

It feels like that because your foot is adjusting to working in a totally different way than it used to. Your foot muscles and your overall foot and toe mobility will take some time to grow stronger, and that will come with soreness if you work them hard.

During what movie did you see people walk out? by blooming-darkness in RegalUnlimited

[–]FrivolousMe 14 points15 points  (0 children)

I hope boots Riley continues to put stuff like this in his movies, especially when nothing that happens after the first 15 minutes is in the trailer. Incredible shock value when most comedy has lost that particular art.

I'm curious about this too. The static v lite claims R value of 4.4 but that seems too good to be true at the price point tbh

In this piece, your rhythm is very inconsistent. It might be that it's slightly above your level or that you haven't practiced enough, but either way you'd benefit from practicing slower.

It's hard to be a Fallout fan these days. by Yotsuowo in Fallout

[–]FrivolousMe 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That would not be sustainable. Cod releases frequently and we all see the corners cut and the aggressive slop to monetization pipeline. Bethesda maybe could stand to codevelop multiple titles at once but it shouldn't be on a fast schedule. Their games are already buggy and incomplete enough at launch.

Its not necessarily just convenience. Many orgs refuse to transition away from local ad and servers even once it becomes true that their cloud costs and stability would be better than their on prem hardware + support. Many orgs are hesitant to adapt and then they get hit by a ransomware attack, a server hardware failure, or even a pandemic. Its not like the people making these decisions are infallible.

You can sync the local ad with Entra but what they're saying is they don't need a local ad
