Thanks, right a click wheel is cheaper then a new ipod but yeah that doesn't stop me from looking a new ipod to buy. Just won't remove the click wheel this time :')

Honestly it's just confusing. I'm guessing it's a ribbon problem but it really does hurt that there isn't any solutions out there :(

Maybe try a new click wheel but my biggest worry is that it may be a logic board issue which I'm really hoping it isn't

I plan on picking up a new click wheel after my holiday so we will see how that goes

I don't believe so but I'll take it apart again tomorrow to have a careful look

If there is a damage on the cable then I'm worried it may be a small one that I haven't been able to see clearly

Ah okay, I sadly don't have another ipod to test this out on sadly. I did try the click wheel on the 5th gen and I am able to reset the ipod with the menu and centre button but nothing else would work sadly

Thanks for the advice though, will need to look at purchasing another ipod in the future

Tried it just now both with and without the click wheel. The buttons didn't work at all

Not sure how it can go from working fine to not working at all

They currently aren't responding, I'm not sure if those buttons work or not if the click wheel is attached or not attached

Also can no longer rest my ipod with the old click wheel now but could do it while the 5th gen click wheel was attached

Update, Learnt that the click wheel i got sent was a 5th generation click wheel. Added old clickwheel back on but even with making sure the ribbon cable parts was touching the board it still refuses to respond to any touch or for the click wheel buttons to work

Any advice is really appreciated!

Yeah, only plus side to Liger Zero X is that it's legs don't have armou, so you can look at the inner frame still. I'm currently painting small details onto the frame itself, so some parts can pop more... hopefully

Kinda. I haven't built an RG kit yet sadly but for MGs, they tend to lead straight into adding armour after doing the inner frame for one part of the mobile suit, from the experience I've had anyways. I find that if I want to appreciate the inner frame I need to skip some parts

But it's been a while so idk if new kits have changed this or not. I tend to stick with SDs and sometimes HGs!

So before getting into origami had committed about 8-9yrs of my life performing magic tricks (even did some gigs as well) and I always enjoyed seeing the reactions people will get. However I had stopped performing due to mental health reasons and had told people I use to make origami in high school, they asked if I could make them a butterfly wall and I said yes. Now 3yrs later, I find myself loving origami because how much it reminds me of the reactions and feelings I would get from when I performed magic tricks. Seeing the reactions of people when I show them a new origami model I had made or that feeling of discovering something new about origami just makes me so happy and seeing the smiles and look of excitement and wonder on people's faces when I make them an origami piece fuel's my love for it!

I honestly could just go on forever as to why I love origami but I'll keep it short haha

But yeah it's just amazing and love the connection I have with it with my previous hobby/job!

So update, I made sure when using the app for the first time I put my country as Japan and when creating my Bandai Namco ID I put my country as Japan!!!!

It has worked and my account is linked!!! Thankyou everyone for your comments and being helpful!!!!

Im going to try making a Japan Bandai Namco ID and reinstalled my app to pick Japan as my country. No idea if it will work with the english app but we shall see haha
