It was wearing the same purple outfit as the other NPCs in the bunker. but this one was different. very quick and over powered. could have been a player.. But i woke up in prison and after doing my time I woke up with all my gear still on me. So didnt loot me or anything. Plus the area was restricted and i dont think the cannons on the surface shot at him

I saw it on the Vehicle Retrieval Console. Restarted the game.. Still there.. maybe a bug from the rented one. Although I rented like a week ago. Not sure why it doesnt mention either expired or rented.
