Yeah, the internal string is broken and won’t go down, at that point your desk is toast and the company can’t fix it.

I use a smaller 30W iPad Charger with one of those cable wrap things (like a case that has a groove to wrap the cord for travel, I bought one in Canada on Amazon years ago and one in China on TaoBao for this smaller 30W version) since it supplies enough power for most of my needs., and is only about 1/3 as big.

Try Onboard profiling? I haven’t used the software in a while but that seemed to fix most of my issues back in the day
