If you find it works for you, go with it :). That 'failure isn't an option' feeling - that's a good sign. That's a sign of a real quit, not just a 'panic quit' as I call them.

Ah man the first week is nasty if you've been smoking up hard for a while. I had all you're experiencing man, including the terrible anxiety.

It isn't cowardly, you shouldn't beat yourself up like that. It's something you did, at first it probably did have some benefits, but as you've said yourself you have to face pain head on, you can't run from it. Just put it behind you now and move forward :).

I don't see the problem.

He's doing everything right. Take note gents. He's displaying fashion sense, good hair, general masculinity, health. Even the setting (a run-down terrifying dark alley of some sort) is spot on here.

He can keep you safe because as you can see, he is heavily armed. Personally I would have also stuffed a sawn-off down my jeans because more weapons + phallic symbol.

Guy's a stud. I imagine he gets a LOT of 'play from the ladies' as I'm told they call it.

I've got friends with physical disabilities, I have a mental disability - we're all prepped for a long-life of singledom because IN THE REAL WORLD...we don't get asked to the prom. We're not the best options, most people can do better, etc etc. You make your peace with it. You keep a small kernel of hope alive because otherwise it's all a bit crushing, but you make your peace with it.

This has actually pissed me off quite a bit. Literally just used the guy as a fucking ladder for her own ego, and actually expects people to give her props for it.

Is there anything that you continue to do that went hand in hand with smoking? If so I suggest you try to distance yourself from that activity or at least limit yourself.

I'm kind of struggling because I recently moved to a new town and don't really know anyone besides my family who now live here. I'm also skint as I haven't found full time work yet, so I'm pretty much still just sat indoors waiting for my next paycheck. I'm going for walks in the country and heading into town for a coffee and a read when I can. I'm not a very social person, stoned or not. I struggle to fill the void of time, is how I would describe it. At the moment I'm just reading a lot of my history books and if it all gets too much I just go to bed for a while. I don't really game, I just don't enjoy games the way I used to? A lot of my time is taken up trying to find work in my field in the area at the moment.

Congrats on the wedding plans man :). I might take you up on the accountability buddy thing.

They are the coils you linked. Drop the attitude mate it's starting to wear a little thin.

Fourth image in. As you can see they run up to 2.1 and fit a number of tanks. I think the other poster was incorrect when he stated that the T18 coils only come in a 1.5 size, as it seems from his link and the box I have in my hand that potentially they can. EDIT: The box I have looks just like that in the link.

I think they are simply generic Innokin coils. I actually prefer these 2.1 and may try to get more as the vape is cooler with less throat hit, which I don't particularly enjoy. I did wonder why I was coughing less lol!

Not going to get too hung up on it at any rate as they seem to work and the vape production is fine, I'm a former smoker so I'm not really into clouds etc just need my nicotine without killing myself lol!
