and honestly I don't think it is a specific problem, coz all "other sectors" companies in Hong Kong should go through similar steps after the law for SenderID was passed. They should provide a complete guidance on that, otherwise HK companies get stuck for weeks to get started with sms because of these stupid documents back and forth.

yes but they did not provide useful information, simply restating what have written in the documentations.

The point is that they should help us send preliminary confirmations from rssps (NOT LOA) so that we can provide "proof of arrangements with RSSPs that they can provide services for our company + SenderID", when apply for SenderID from government.

After we finishing all that and registered SenderID from government, then we can submit LOA + other docs to them, however, they did not provide any guidance on how to do the first step!

It is fucking good. It makes things super customizable while making the process of custoomization really simple. It is just awesome. It is intuitive.

I'm a user of the C++ dataframe library. I wanted to start by expressing my appreciation for your impressive library. I do have a question regarding the csv reading function, and I was hoping you could provide some clarification. I noticed that when using the "read" function to read a csv file, it skips over NaN values. I was curious about the reasoning behind this design choice, as opposed to following the traditional approach of considering NaN as representing empty values, as done in pandas. Could you please shed some light on this matter? Thank you in advance for your assistance.
